Ureaplasma Urealyticum positive

I went to get my annual physical with my primary doctor & she took both blood work & urine samples. She said that I had an abnormality & that it was Ureaplasma Urealyticum. She prescribed me an antibiotic to take for 7 days twice a day. However I am wondering is this is something both my fiancé & I have to be treated for since it can be spread through sexual contact. She stated it is only in my urine and similar to having BV so he won’t need treatment as well but I’m not 100% confident that even if I clear it up he won’t get it again due to never being treated. Is this something only I have to be treated for or is she correct if it’s only through my urine he should be fine?
