Mono Linyah and Breakthrough Bleeding

Ive never been a consistent bc user. Ive had a few implants but always dealt with major breakthrough bleeding and implant rejection. Now, Ive been taking Mono-Linyah for 3 months and am dealing with the same major breakthrough bleeding. Its more than spotting, its essentially a period for 2-3 weeks then as soon as it stops, its time.for the placebo pills (which i have been taking) and i get another period that lasts weeks. Has anyone dealt with this and had the bleeding get better with time or have you dealt with this and switched to something else and had better results?? Im losing my mind over here!
