Pinworms or stitches?

I immediately thought worms and figured it was pinworms from my daughter going to daycare. But she has no symptoms and Only symptom I have is I am having some mucousy poop the past day or two (I have been constipated and dealing with hemrhoid after delivery of my son). After talking to my aunt, she reminded me I had stitches from tearing during labor. I just had my son 5/6weeks ago and my husband and I were just intimate for the first time Sunday. So now I’m leaning towards stitches from the timing and lack of other pinworm symptoms. I’m waiting on a call back from my ob. But I’ve been so scared this morning I already ordered pinworm medication so please help a girl out, my anxiety is eating me up about this 😅
