Mystery Virus

I’m 25 weeks pregnant with twins. I’ve had a fever since Saturday. So officially 3 days. I spoke with my OB and MFM. I went to the ER when it hit 102.7 and I got freaked out on Monday morning. Tested negative for all the respiratory stuff in their panel, they said my lungs sound clear even though I’m coughing and there’s some mucus in there. Said it’s a virus they’ve been seeing. I have a PCP appointment in the morning (Wednesday) for a follow up. But I’m in this 4-6 hour cycle of freezing/uncontrollable shivering, checking temps and taking the Tylenol when I hit 99-100. Fever continues to go up (as high as 103.8), it breaks, I sweat through my clothes, I sleep for an hour or two, wake up shivering again. Lather, rinse repeat. They said Tylenol and mucinex is all I should take. But guys, I’m fucking dying. I’ve never felt this sick before. I also have a 4 and 7 year old and my husband is completely doing everything for them. I can’t even leave the couch/bed. I’m exhausted. They said this could last up to a week. So 4 more days of this? Anyone have any home remedies I should throw in before I die? Help!

Edit to add, I’m drinking as much as humanly possible, but I haven’t eaten much in the last few days, I’m not hungry at all.
