Uncooperative women get blacklisted

I never told this story to anyone besides my husband. When I was in my 20's I wanted to be an actor and I did some commercials. Some low budget films. I've been extras before. What ended my acting career was me standing up against something. I was a side character for a low budget film. It was a little comedy. I was 25 at the time. My character was 16. So they had adults playing teenagers but also real teenagers playing teenagers. The script was changed on me and I complained about it because it had a very sexual scene between my character and another character. Both "characters" were 16. However our real ages were 25 and 16. I spoke to the producers and said I'm not doing this scene with a minor. He told me this age of consent. I didn't care if he was. I felt the scene was on the line of child pornography and I didn't want to be any part of it. I told him I'm an adult. This is a child. The producer said something like "It's every boys dream." I don't remember exactly what it was but something like that. I refused and the words he said that remember are "uncooperative women get blacklisted." So I quit. He did bad mouth me to other people that I'm uncooperative and all that bullshit.

The only reason I really thought about it was because I actually found that kids TikTok randomly and he spoke about child acting and wishing his parents protected him more. My acting career never went anywhere but neither did my morals. I have 2 kids now. A son and a daughter and while I'll never put them through child acting I would hope there would be adults looking out for them. Sadly with all these celebs coming out it seems so many people will sell children's soul to make money. Even if it's their own.
