No heartbeat

I had a scan at 8+1 that showed two sacs the same size, one was empty and one with this fetus measuring 6 weeks and no heartbeat. I have to go back in 7 days to start medication unless my body clears it naturally. Is there some way i can induce bleeding to avoid hospital? Really sad and disappointed 😞
