Will this work to maintain weight?

I lost 100 pounds and am now at the point that I want to maintain my weight instead of lose. I used an online calculator and it says I can eat 1700 calories per day, or 11,900 calories a week.

I like to cheat a bit on the weekends and be more strict on weekdays. So I was planning on doing like 1200 calories Monday-Thursday, then 2000 calories on Friday and Sunday and 3000 calories on Saturday. That equals 11,800 calories per week so fits in my target caloric intake.

Will this work to maintain my weight? Also, let’s say there’s a day of the week that’s not a weekend day that I want to cheat ie. Wednesday is Christmas and I’m going to want to eat a bunch of holiday snacks. Can I just deduct calories now to “loan” them to Wednesdays allotment? Example, this Sunday instead of eating 2000 calories I’ll just eat 1200 and then I can have 800 additional calories for Wednesday?

Is this how maintenance works? Help!
