ADVICE PLEASE

I’m 34 years old & I’ve been on Depo for 2 years…I have not had sex in a year haven’t been wet in that long or had any urges to have sex until recently went from dry to always wet like just not Normal always horny then it went away completely is it just me or my body ? I haven’t experienced this ever I had a bad breakup since that I just didn’t trust men…either that or it’s because I met my neighbor on accident and found out he had a huge dick 🤷🏻‍♀️ & no we never slept together lol
