Gender

I had a gender reveal ultrasound around 18 weeks and was told it’s a girl. I had my anatomy scan but the tech just glanced and said “yeah I think it’s a girl” and that’s it. Didn’t take any pics or anything. Now I’m second guessing 😵‍💫😂 i should’ve asked at the scan but I was confident it was a girl and more just worried on a healthy baby. I have 2 boys already so I’m not sure about girl anatomy but it looks like it to me?? What do you think??
