Confused

December 15th I started spotting

December 16th through 18th bleeding

December 19th slowed way down and went down to spotting sense has gone away completely done December 20th! So sense then I have been testing because still feeling off before the bleeding I was having faint test… like squinting almost then starting December 20th lines started to become more visible… still pregnancy symptoms! Went today for blood work and the came back as 63.74 and I dropped below todays urine test as well… someone maybe help me understand!
