Experiencing a chemical?

Found out I was pregnant with a faint line on frer and this evening, I started bleeding a little. It's just goey bright red blood when I pee and noticed some spotting! I thought I had my Xmas present right in my hands and now it's been taken away from me all of a sudden. My happiness was short lived. I'm not sure how to proceed? Do I just wait till I bleed like a regular period and just test with home pregnancy to make sure I'm negative? I would hate to have to do any medical treatments or see my doctor! Any thoughts? Could it be a SCH? It's hard to tell but with my history, my outcome is always bad. I never ever have a good outcome...so depressing.
