I’m in my first trimester and after having a uti, I’m up often in the night to pee due to my water intake. My partner is sensitive to any noise lately but this never used to be the case before. For the past 2 weeks he has taken to sleeping on the couch because I interrupt his sleep. It’s getting to a point that I don’t know what to do. I’ve tried to be as quiet as possible but he’ll wake up and go straight to the couch even if I plead he’ll tell me to stop talking so that he doesn’t properly wake up. I genuinely think after tonight I’ll never plead for him to sleep in the bedroom with me and will assume that he sleeps on the couch indefinitely. I’m quite depressed lately and him being in bed with me keeps me quite grounded as I’m not an affectionate person. So what do you think I should do?
