Misplaced IUD + Sex

I got an IUD in March and went for an ultrasound today to check placement due to continued periods. At the ultrasound, they found the IUD was in my cervix, not my uterus. I got a new one today (Mirena) and they checked placement with an ultrasound so all good now

My question is I had sex 48 hours before my doctor’s appointment this morning. Should I be concerned of pregnancy? I’d been having sex (with cumming inside) with the IUD in my cervix since March and did not get pregnant but now I’m worried knowing the IUD was misplaced
