Can I get opinions please?!?

So, I just had my first ultrasound and figured out I’m 7 weeks. Doctor came in and said everything looked great and any was measuring right in track with an awesome heartbeat (157bpm) but they want me back in 2 weeks for a repeat ultrasound. Now this is my fifth pregnancy, same doctor’s office etc. and I’ve never had a repeat ultrasound this soon. I’ve not had any complications thus far blah blah blah. BUT this is where I need opinions. My other first ultrasounds, you can see baby clearly, head shape and “tail” end etc. This ultrasound looks different. She had trouble focusing on the baby and when she did it looks like there was a baby hiding in behind another. I did record a video, I did ask permission before recording said video,

but everyone I’ve shown this to swears they can see 2 babies. Thoughts?!? Either way I’m excited but I would love opinions!
