Twins?!

Question

So I had an IUI with 3 follicles and got my second beta back today 
First beta HCG was  
12/23 was 26 (10 DPO) (Progesterone was 38.7)
Today 12/26 was 201 (13 DPO) (Progesterone 47.5)
What are the odds more than one follicle made it? 
With my last baby my levels were 102 at 12 DPO

Answer

Levels don’t mean twins. Gotta wait for the ultrasound. That’s the only way to determine what’s in there.
