Bleeding during sex

Friday night we went 2 rounds first one it was fine , on the second one we were in a bit rough and while he was fingering me he realized I was bleeding I never felt any type of pain . The bleeding was well all over his hands and a few stains on the bedsheets I got pretty concerned since this has never happened before and if been sexually active for yearsss , we obviously stopped and I put on a pad bleeding comes and goes but doesn’t full a pad it’s kinda mild . My last period started December 19 and ended December 23rd . I’m leaving out of state tomorrow and can’t get any appointment before it so I’m hoping I can get some information or advice from here I’m honestly so stresssd about this
