Hemorrhoid surgery??

Has anyone had any of these office based treatments before?? I’m starting to wonder if I need full on surgery.

I’ve been battling this hemorrhoid ever since I recovered from having my vaginal birth in spring of 2022. I take all the precautions and I exercise safely and have a good diet etc but this thing is so persistent that I’m just used to it. Caring for it is basically just another part of my hygiene routine at this point but it’s really starting to weigh on me.

For context it comes and goes but it usually sticking out probably taking up like 1/3 of my (sorry) hole lol. Every now and then I have weeks where it doesn’t show up but most showers etc I am dealing with pushing it back in, I’m always conscious of it when I choose my clothes (no underwear are comfortable except some shorts) and when I sit and exercise etc. And definitely when I’m intimate with my husband I’m like dont look at her 😅😭

Anyway.. I’m 28 weeks pregnant and it’s worse now of course but I’m actually even scared about giving birth with it as I’m hoping to go all natural vaginal again (just my preference). Will it be so awful during birth?? Idk what to do or who to tell about this. I’m thinking about talking to my OB to see if she has thoughts.

In the meantime has anyone gotten these operations and what were they like??
