Pregnant or Late ?

After having a ectopic pregnancy back in march of ‘24 I gave up on TTC in my mid 30’s. But now almost a yr to the date when those pink lines popped up I’m terrified of taking a test..even more terrified of another ectopic pregnancy. Any words of encouragement?
