Pelvic Pain

Just found out i’m pregnant a couple of days ago and have been experiencing period like pain all day since I found out. Sometimes it goes away at night but then comes back during the day. Should I be concerned? Usually it’s across my belly and sometimes it’s shooting pain from my left or a pulling pain from my right. I’ve had a miscarriage once about 12 years ago and 2 healthy pregnancies after that.
