Just over 4 weeks and started cramping and pink spotting when wiping

I’ve started cramping and had some light pink spotting when wiping. I know it can be implantation but I’m freaking out right now because I had an early miscarriage in August and so scared of it happening again. I feel stupid because I was carrying a bunch of heavy groceries today and worried I overdid it.
