Breastfeeding Help

I need some advice

My baby was born early and had a grade 3 lip tie that was cut but she has never been able to effectively remove milk so I've been exclusively pumping for almost five months.

Right now my nipples are wayyyy too sensitive to pump, like it hurts and usually doesn't and I don't get anything when I hand express (not sure if it's because I'm not doing it right or because I have a very low supply to begin with)

Ive tried pumping with lower suction but I don't get anything, and it still hurts

What can I do? I don't want breastfeeding to be over...
