IUD insertion question?

I got my iud put in on the 7th and I feel slight cramping here and there but when I lay down I feel this odd sensation in my lower abdomen it feels like pressure or something? It's VERY light. It's like a weird pressure/cramp. It's very manageable I don't need pain meds but it's there. I've had 3 iuds and I don't remember feeling a weird pressure sensation.

- also. What's up with toxic shock syndrome and getting an iud? I've never heard of it before and it's got me freaking the hell out. How long am I supposed to watch for that for? It's been like 30 hours since I've had my iud inserted. I'm so anxious that I can't sleep over it! I've had many iuds and never ever heard of toxic shock from it.
