Nausea, need advice

This is my third pregnancy and my nausea has been really bad. I went to see the doctor to see how my pregnancy is going I am currently eight weeks and four days. The doctor prescribed me, doxylamine- pyridoxine 10mg. When I looked into what it is, it’s the pharmacy name for Unisom and the vitamin B6. I was wondering if anybody else has taken this and had a healthy baby. I’m the type of person that doesn’t even take Tylenol for a headache during pregnancy so I’m very reluctant to want to take this, but I am literally at my wits end with the nausea That I’m actually considering taking it. Has anybody taken it had good results? I think what worries me the most is it affecting the baby either physically or mentally. I don’t know if that’s just my ignorance, but wondering if anybody is on the same boat?
