Signs of twins

I recently found out im pregnant and im wondering if its twins. I have had ALOT of pressure in my lower abdomen and i dont recall having this with my last pregnancy. What was your experiencewith twins in early pregnancy? Im currently about 8 weeks and my ultrasound is next week.
