Worth a visit to the clinic?

Last 2 days, I’ve been getting upper stomach pain (under my boobs) & back pain. I didn’t eat anything new, or oily. I have no gallbladder, or appendix. Yesterday evening I was puking until I was finally able to sleep. When I go like this I feel fatigue, and shaky & hot. I thought it was a 24 hour thing, now the pain is coming back 😖

I’m an irregular pooper lol, my bowels just are very irregular. I can go every other day, to no bowel movement for a week.

I just don’t know if this is worth a visit to the nurses. 🤧
