I am new to bbt but it is my understanding that temps can start to dip before AF. Does my chart look like I’m out or should I wait a few more days to see if it goes back up?

If you’re usually quite regular then just wait till AF is due and then test. 
In my opinion, temperature readings should only really be used to confirm ovulation 🤷🏽‍♀️
