TMI / TRIGGER
I've always struggled with acceptance in my life. I've always self harmed as my coping skill. I have been in therapy for 4 years now and I still feel depressed. I don't have that many friends that I can reach out to if I need help. Me and my aunt talk daily about things but, she is not always available. I've used crisis lines and other lines. I went to the hospital for thoughts of suicide and they have put me into a program. I'm still struggling tho. Does anyone have any advice for me or suggestions?
