13dpo, faint positive, but bleeding?

I am 13 dpo, my period is supposed to start tomorrow.

I first tested at 11dpo and got a vvvvvery faint line (my husband didn’t see it but I did) and also started having some very light brown spotting, tested again 12dpo and was still very faint but more than the day before (still having brown spotting occasionally). Now this morning I tested with first morning urine and got a little darker line but also spotting bright red and a little heavier. No clots or tissue, but enough that I need more than a panty liner. I’ll be calling my doctor when they open but looking for experiences or hope for a positive, healthy pregnancy!
