Trying not panic here....

So call me crazy but yesterday at 11dpo my app reminded me to take a hcg test. After 6 years of ttc and 4 rounds of clomid both me.and.husband.who eye issues sees a very very faint line. But call us crazy it doesnt show on pics. I threw it away trying not to just stare at it but we both seen it. After all these years weve never even seen a line this faint. We are both panicked because i suffered through an.ectopic and lost a tube last january. Is there a reliable early test i can use tonight after work at 12 dpo?
