Hypothyroidism and pregnancy

For those that have hypothyroidism and are pregnant, does your ob doctor monitor that? I lost our first pregnancy when my thyroid level jumped up super high and with my second pregnancy and current one it’s like I’m fighting with the doctor about needing it checked. With the miscarriage the same ob told me it had nothing to do with my thyroid. She seems to not want to deal with that at all and gets annoyed that I even bring it up.
