Feeling scared

So today was my second appointment and due date was changed to sep 13 and not the so instead of me being 7 weeks and 5 days I'm 6 weeks and 4 days baby heart rate was 133 healthy planted into the uterus all good signs today now I did do the bump bump last night and there was no spotting no cramping nothing today at the appointment no cramping no nothing after I came home and had a meeting with the toilet I wiped and got this lil smear blood nothing heavy I'm not cramping or nothing but my mind is racing anybody could help
