Occasional spotting while EBF

Anyone else have occasional spotting while breastfeeding? I’m 3.5 months postpartum and ever since my PP bleeding stopped I’ve had occasional very light spotting. No period as of yet. It’s happened about 4x every couple weeks maybe? I read somewhere it could be due to longer stretches at night and hormones fluctuating because of it? Don’t recall this with my first that I EBF as well tho.. I had an ultrasound 3 weeks ago for something unrelated with my ovaries that they’ve been monitoring and they looked at my uterus and cervix as part of the ultrasound, nothing abnormal was noted.
