PLEASE HELP(Sugesstions)
I am about 8 weeks pregnant with my 4th baby. This is the second pregnancy in a row where morning sickness has gotten the best of me. I have always been plus sized/big backed 😂 but now just thinking about food makes me nauseous/vomet. I have been reading that eating little things throughout the day can help but I can literally wake up in the morning not even had anything to eat and it seems like I’m throwing up just saliva but this makes me not want to eat anything at all. It’s gotten so bad to the point where I’m not taking prenatals because anything pill or water related I’m throwing it right back up. I have gotten to the point where I am going almost all day without eating anything because let’s face it up throwing your food back up can be traumatizing. So I am just looking for some suggestions that may help me because my doctor will not prescribe me anything until my initial appointment which is not until the end of February.
