Being induced due to low weigh gain experience

Hii sorry I know I been asking alot of questions. So I had an appointment today and baby is not growing much at all. Hes measuring 32 weeks and im 36w they’re inducing me Monday or Tuesday at 37w. So to say he’s in 3rd percentile. What’s your experience with iugr/fgr babies that’s were in 3rd percentile? How big did they come out did they need any nicu time? my boy is measuring around 4.5 pounds so I have hope he won’t need nicu or anything like that. And to add he’s been measuring super small my whole pregnancy but at 7% not 3. And his tummy is at 1%.
