I’m working on my baby registry and me and my fiancé ￼ are at a debate whether￼ or not to go with a wipe warmer and bottle warmer even though I plan on pumping And feeding her through bottle that way…are they necessary to have ? ￼

Wipe warmers are junk. Definitely don’t need that. I liked the bottle warmer for warming breastmilk but it’s also not something I couldn’t live without.

Wipe warmers are a scam. They just dry out the wipes and you end up needing to use more. If you hold them in your hand for like 2 seconds longer they warm up a little more. Bottle warmer is worth it, I’ve exclusively breastfed both my kids but the warmer was super useful for when I left baby with someone else. Yeah you can just use hot water but it takes double the time.

If you’re doing any type of breastmilk storage (fridge, freezer), I found a bottle warmer very helpful. Wipes warmers are not recommended.

I had a wipes warmer for my oldest and hardly used it. Theyre kinda bulky and I preferred having several packs of wipes available in my bag, upstairs and downstairs rather than having to always go to the wipes warmer. Also they say the warmer can harbor bacteria and yeast. I just warmed the wipe in my hand for a few seconds if it was wintertime and cold. My other 3 kids I never used it. Bottle warmer I didnt use either, I used a thermos with warm water on the occasion that we warmed milk (I mostly directly nursed)
