Lumpy/ busy boobs!

Hope this is allowed delete if not.

I’ve had two cases where I’d found a lump on my boob and just found another, always on the same boob and always in the run up to my period always on the outside of the boob (the side closest to my arm pit) I’ve had previous ones checked out and had the all clear and was simply told I have lumpy boobs / simply a gland in the boob being swollen , thankfully & I’ll likely get this one checked just to be safe if it sticks around after my period (due in two days)

But That boob gets so sore and painful a lot especially around my period and I’ve said to my gp and it never goes anywhere. It’s always the same one, it got so bad 2 yrs back I had to sleep in a tight sports spa or I’d wake up in tears from the pain.

Just wondering if anyone had anything similar, if the doctors ever took it seriously? I’m aware there probably isn’t much that can be done but would be nice if I felt listened to I guess .
