Is it just nexplanon symptoms ?

Hi guys!!!! So currently I’m on the implant, it’s about to be a month of having the implant. When I got my implant, my period was late for 25 days.(took a test on Jan 27was negative)But then I recently got my period. Yesterday I got in the morning, it was light at first. Then it got heavy, usually I see clots but I did not see any. Now it’s day two and it got lighter . Usually my period doesn’t get lighter until day 3.

Update: I saw some small clots, usually I have a lot of clots but I didn’t see much. Now I’m on day 6, I’m just spotting brown. I had a fat brown clot show up. Would that be signs that it’s my period ? I’ve been feeling super bloated, I don’t know if that’s an affect with the nexplanon. I’m afraid that it’s implantation bleeding since my period came so late. I’ve also been super bloated and got a sore throat recently after coming off being sick with a stomach virus
