Possible pregnancy syptoms?

Just wanted to share what I have been experiencing and get some opinions. Today I’ve experienced pulling cramp feeling on left side by ribs. I also had light bleeding for a few minutes 13 days after last day of period, (period ended January 15, spotted light pink only on tissue when wiping and it only lasted for about 5-10 minutes before stopping completely and haven’t spotted again. very light cramping, my period is late by 2-4 days, I experienced throwing up and nausea 11 days after last day of period, (Jan 26) boobs/ nipples super sore can barely touch them or put clothes/bra on without extreme discomfort and they are rock hard and painful when cold, never had them be like that before. Hoping for pregnancy as I’ve been trying for a while. Haven’t tested yet because my period has been about 6/8 days late the past few months. Don’t want to get my hopes up. Just wanted to rant and share my symptoms to see if anyone else possibly experienced the same and was pregnant.
