I'm late 29 days

My period was so pose to be here last month on the 12-15 and I haven't had it yet. I went to my doctor and I took a pregnancy test and it came up negative and I got a blood work pregnancy test done and it was negative. I even token a home pregnancy test and they say negative. On January 1 I was bleeding a little for a minute and then it went away. I've been nauseous emotional and having cravings. I made appointment with a ov doctor this coming up Thursday to see what he says. Can I be pregnant?
