Bad friend

Hey everyone I have a friend she has a 1 year old, we decided that she was going to come over my place Thursday, I told her that Thursday wouldn’t be good to come because it would be raining that day and I don’t wanna have her struggling in the rain with the baby. So we decided on Friday instead. Thursday at 8pm I reached out asking her what time she’s coming because I’m someone that likes to be prepared etc. she didn’t respond so I figured she might’ve went to bed early or something. Friday came I got up, and started cooking because I didn’t want her and the baby to come over and not have anything to eat. I realize I still haven’t heard from her even after cooking and doing laundry that morning/afternoon. I reached out at 3pm asking if everything was okay and she texted back in seconds saying she’s at court. Her cousin had a court hearing so she went to be there for him nothing is wrong with that, but she had me here waiting, cooking etc and she didn’t even have the decency to let me know plans have changed and she wouldn’t be making it anymore. After she reach out after I texted again she basically said she’s would call me later but I didn’t hear from her since until yesterday (Monday) morning she texted me saying “morning girl” it’s as if nothing had happen. I haven’t responded. This isn’t the first time she did something similar. Idk there’s more but it’s a lot to type, I’ve been trying as a friend because I have no luck with finding good friends but I’m just tired now and sometimes don’t wanna be bothered anymore. What’s your thoughts on what she did?
