Living in North Carolina ?

Question

Does anyone live or knows anything about how North Carolina is? Is it a more affordable state? Good state for families and raising young kids? Is it more racially diverse? Im white and my husband is black. We have 3 children and I worry if North Carolina is one of the more racist states?
Can anyone tell me anything they know.
We're thinking of moving.

I have black friends over there n they constantly tell me how racist that state is north & South Carolina both ,  they moved there from Georgia . ( I’m Hispanic ) I constantly tell them to move out of there , like the horror stories they tell me about the racism their child goes through in the schools . Smh , but I’m sure someone else may comment that they have a great experience in that state . Just know racism is every where .
