STI advice needed please

I tested positive for chlamydia on 02/03 i started my antibiotic treatment on 02/04 I got a 10 day course I took 2 times a day. The nurse told me to refrain from sex for 14 days my 14 days are up today but I am so paranoid I am still contagious. At first I didn’t show symptoms the only symptom I had was cramping but after finding out I was positive. I only got tested because the person who gave it to me messaged me to tell me but was blaming me for giving it to him I was sleeping with 2 people him (the one that gave it to me) and another but he was the only one I didn’t use protection with and the other guy did use condoms ever time (yes I did tell him about my positive test and he took it so well and was very mature about it I trust that I didn’t get it from him) anyway how do I know I’m not contagious anymore? 😅 I’m not having sex with the one that gave it to me I cut him off after what he tried to pull but the other guy is still wanting to obviously we will continue to use condoms but is oral sex safe?? How can I have peace of mind I won’t infect him. I’m also concerned about how I’ve been feeling I’m not sure what it could be if it’s a side effect of the antibiotics but I’ve been so gassy and constantly going poop not watery just loose and I’ve been feeling bloated also been having a bit of an itch not badly or anything on the outside not sure if it’s due to not shaving it has happened before but I think it’s just my paranoia idk if I’m making sense 😅 I apologize. Anyone who’s been in the same boat can you give me some insight or advice please this is my first time dealing with this and idk how to ease my mind. I’m in no rush to have sex again but I just want to be good and know I’m good for when the time comes again.

EDIT TO ADD: I had also tested positive for a yeast infection that I also got treated for I had to take to big pills 3 days apart.
