Sleep schedule is messed up (20weeks)

I have to be at work by 7am & have been awake at around 5am.

My dr recommended me to take NyQuil, but I'm trying not to rely on it. I have been sleeping until 10am on my off days.. I don't really have caffeine though the day. I'm 20 weeks. I feel baby flutters while l'm trying to sleep & shortly after I wake up.

What has helped you ladies ? I might have to take NyQuil. I have already had to take two days off of work, because of lack of sleep. Any recommendations?
