Getting pregnant after miscarriage

Hi ladies, I had miscarriage mid June 2024 and it’s been 8 months since I’ve not been able to get pregnant again. I lost my baby at 7w, actually it was my first ultrasound visit to confirm everything was okay, and night before the appointment I had miscarriage :(

Doc said my uterus looks normal and have good amount of eggs specially on the right side and said keep trying, prescribed me with prenatal vitamins. I’m taking them since last year, eating healthy and exercising regularly (not extreme only yoga, pilates a lil bit of cardio) we have regular sex, honestly I don’t track my fertility window because I know we have sex almost everyday lol

I’m getting a little bit worried because I turned 41 couple of months ago. I’m thinking either considering freezing my eggs or visit fertility center. I know I have a lot of stress due to work etc. but not sure if it’s effecting my fertility. I don’t have a child so it will be my first time mom experience. I’m worried…and desperate as you can imagine. My question is

How soon did you get pregnant again after miscarriage? What would be the best step for me to take?
