I need hope

Does anyone have any hopeful stories about their hcg not doubling every 72hrs but their babies are fine? It’s still rising but only by about 40%. I’m too early for an ultrasound so I know there’s a chance of ectopic pregnancy but I just need someone to give me a little hope.
