No symptoms this pregnancy

I have recently found out I’m pregnant from our first frozen embryo transfer, I’m 4.5 weeks, needed ivf due to severe endo and adeno.

I have had 2x natural pregnancy’s in the past that both ended in miscarriage and with those pregnancies I had symptoms from early on, my first being really sore boobs before I even tested positive but also food aversions, nausea etc.

This pregnancy I havnt had any sore boobs and no other symptoms yet. My first beta HCG was 140 at 4 weeks pregnant, they were happy with anything above 50. It just makes me nervous because I don’t know why I had such strong symptoms early with my other two pregnancy’s but this time feel nothing.

Would really appreciate advice/experience with this.
