Update: Bleeding

Update: Had my check up, baby is still growing doctor said is to early and it seems like i am more in 4 weeks than 6 weeks. I also have fibroids, which she explained that will or might cause bleeding. We are still waiting for blood test results, the diagnosis was threatened abortion. Which seems so scary. Is there anyone had this and had success stories? I have to come back in 2 weeks but with her schedule it will be in 3 instead to do all the test one more time. She didn’t recommend any prenatal vitamins. Is that normal? Planning to call this morning to ask. Also, is it normal that i am earlier than expected?
