Setting a two week goal "sprint"
I tend to hyper focus and will get nothing done if I'm driving myself crazy about this tww stuff, so I'm setting a two week "sprint" to focus on. You are welcome to join me if you tend to drive yourself crazy symptom spotting too. Whenever I get the itch to Google stuff and symptom spot, I'll work on one of these.
"Marriage"
- set up a cutesy date
- intimacy without the purpose of baby making
- surprise him with a gift or thoughtful action
"Self"
- journal morning and night
- read for enjoyment at least 15 minutes a day
- get outside daily
"Home"
- Clutterbugs 30 day declutter (but 2 a day)
- dishes and sweep the kitchen daily
- load of laundry daily
