Autism spectrum associated with Clomid fertility treatment?

Hi guys. Just wanted to ask if taking clomid can cause any issues to the baby or during pregnancy.

I took one cycle of clomid 50 and got pregnant immediately. I ended up having gestational diabetes and my baby was later diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, and delayed speech.

I was told once you have gestational diabetes, you will have it in all pregnancies after. Due to my child, and difficult pregnancy, I had put off having more children, only to get pregnant on contraceptions. I did nipt tests and genetic testing, because of having a child on the spectrum and I was concerned about the effects of the pill on baby which came out low risk. Also passed my gestational diabetes test. Baby ain’t born yet but this pregnancy has been easier and baby seems fine. The only hard part of it is am parenting my toddler who affords me any hardly rest both day and night. And some days I wonder if this is all because I took clomid. I so badly wanted to get pregnant. Don’t know if this is the right group to post but I assume here is where more people have had experience with clomid. I just need some assurance that I didn’t cause this.
