Rash started. Advice please.

Last night my skin felt irritated and then noticed this. It’s on both sides and all over my stomach. A tiny bit on my face. Also caused a rosacea flare up. I have no antihistamines at home so figured I would try and sleep it off, see if it’s better by morning. Still here. Feels like needles/irritating more than it itches. Face does itch. Gave my toddler a bath and noticed these red bumps on her back. Pics are of me and her. Going to check for any on my other daughter when she gets home. Asked if her skin was irritating her before she left but she said no. Going to check anyway.
